The electric power steering in my 2016 F-150 failed at 70K miles. Had to have the vehicle towed to a dealership, and it cost almost $3,000 to fix. The hydraulic power steering on the Frontier appeals to me, as do many other things (including the price) as I look for a new, smaller truck to replace the Ford (which overall I've really liked.) I'm also looking at a Ranger, but that truck is a lot more expensive.
